In an address to the nation this evening, interim Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad apologised to Malaysians for the current political crisis.<br /><br />However, he indicated that he is willing to return as prime minister if he receives enough support from members of Parliament.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Pakatan Harapan has confirmed that it has nominated Anwar Ibrahim as the next prime minister instead of Mahathir.
